Immaculate Heart of Mary

The Immaculate Heart of Mary reflects the interior life of Mary. It is a symbol that communicates her joys, her sorrows, and her love and compassion for humanity and love for her son Jesus Christ.

By showing our devotion to her Immaculate Heart, we hope to embody the love and compassion that she holds in her heart for all of humanity.

Heart of Compassion

Traditionally the Immaculate Heart may be represented with seven swords or wounds, but may also be encircled with White Roses as well.

This is my interpretation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

If anyone one else has additional information regarding both the representation and/or interpretation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I welcome your input. I am just one person beginning and learning to walk this path, and a little guidance is always helpful.
